Heat 02: Rew, Blödorn, Bailey, Smith 3-3 (6-6) (42-60)
Line Up: Blödorn, Bailey, Rew, Smith
Comments: Super ride by Rew to commit himself to the outside line from the first lap, riding high and wide, and did enough off the final bend to pass white-lining Blödorn on the run to the line. Smith held up Bailey for a lap, which helped, because Bailey was chasing on the inside of Rew, but didn't carry the speed that the Witch had.
Supported by Friends Of Steve Casey - Always An Ace
Heat 03: King, Blödorn, Hume, Lidsey (Ret) 2-4 (8-10) (44-64)
Line Up: Lidsey, R/R - Blödorn, King, Hume
Comments: Rapid start by King. Lidsey's bike gave up the ghost going into bend 3 while second. Hume buzzing around behind Blödorn, and only a bike's length or so behind at the end.
Supported by andout www.canadianspeedway.com
Heat 04: Doyle, Bewley, Smith, Bailey 2-4 (10-14) (46-68)
Line Up: Bewley, Bailey, Doyle, Smith
Comments: Both Witches quick away, and Smith glued inside Bewley for the whole of the first lap, while Doyle cleared off. Doyle riding very wide, and Bewley made some ground using a tighter line, but never enough to challenge.

Heat 05: Blödorn, Lidsey, Sayfutdinov, Riss 5-1 (15-15) (51-69)
Line Up: Lidsey, R/R - Blödorn, Sayfutdinov, Riss
Comments: Aces fast away, and Sayfutdinov stuck behind Riss. Blödorn rode the outside line initially, and went on to take a commanding win, with Lidsey comfortable in second. Sayfutdinov surprisingly unable to make up any ground.
Supported by Rails of Sheffield
Heat 06: Kurtz, Doyle, Rew, Brennan 3-3 (18-18) (54-72)
Line Up: Kurtz, Brennan, Doyle, Rew
Comments: Lovely ride by Kurtz, after being out-gated by the Witches. He accounted for Rew round Bends 3&4, then switched to the inside for Bends 1&2 L2, catching Doyle and leaving him no space off Bend 2. Rew solid third.
Supported by Memories Of Poole Pirates Speedway Club www.facebook.com/groups/859822440748832/
Heat 07: Bewley, King, Blödorn, Hume 4-2 (22-20) (58-74)
Line Up: Bewley, Blödorn, King, Hume
Comments: Blödorn very busy, and worked the inside line really well to pass Hume off Bend 2, Lap 3. Bewley was away and gone, and despite Hume going well on the first lap, King happily abandoned him.

Heat 09: Lidsey, Doyle, Brennan, Rew 4-1 (31-23) (67-77)
Line Up: Lidsey, R/R - Brennan, Doyle, Rew
Comments: Great ride by Lidsey to find the grip on the inside of Bends 1/2 of lap 2 to pass wider riding Doyle - a repeat of Kurtz's move in 6.
Supported by NL Speedway, follow on Twitter and Instagram
Heat 10: Kurtz, King, Brennan, Hume 4-2 (35-25) (71-79)
Line Up: Kurtz, Brennan, King, Hume

Heat 11: Sayfutdinov, Bewley, Rew, Blödorn 2-4 (37-29) (73-83)
Line Up: Bewley, Blödorn, Sayfutdinov,Riss Rew
Comments: Predictable change by the Witches, with Rew in yellow. Sayfutdinov away and gone. Rew with an excellent cutback on the inside of B4 L1 and down home straight, to pass Blödorn B1/2 L2. Those two then swapped places a couple more times in a terrific battle. Rew on the inside on last two bends rode an excellent line to block Blödorn.

Heat 12: Lidsey, Rew, king, Blödorn 3-3 (40-32) (76-86)
Line Up: Lidsey,Bailey Blödorn, King, Rew
Comments: Reserve switch by the Aces. Rew hard ride on first bend against lidsey, although King was trapped at the back. Lidsey made an excellent pass on inside of Rew B1/2, L2, , and just as he was doing that King was going outside Blödorn.
Supported by Speedway Fantasy League - www.speedwayleague.net
Heat 13: Kurtz, Bewley, Sayfutdinov, Doyle 5-1 (45-33) (81-87)
Line Up: Kurtz, Bewley, Sayfutdinov, Doyle
Comments: Bewley trapped at the back on first lap, but switched back off Bend 4 and powered under Sayfutdinov, taking him by surprise - and that was that. Getting tense!

Heat 14: Lidsey, Blödorn, Hume, Rew 5-1 (50-34) (86-88)
Line Up: R/R - Lidsey, Blödorn, Hume,Smith Rew
Comments: Reserve switch by the Witches. Hume fastest away, but was riding mid-track on Bend3/4 and was just swallowed-up by Lidsey outside and Blödorn inside. Hume in Rew's way for the rest of the race.

Well ... here we go for the last heat decider, or possibly a Super Heat?!
Heat 15: Sayfutdinov, Doyle, Bewley, Kurtz 1-5 (51-39) (87-93)
Line-up: Kurtz, Bewley, Sayfutdinov, Doyle
Comments: BV opt for Gates 1&3. WOW!! I have no words to describe the first two laps!! Aces so well away and looked like they were on for the the comeback of all time, but by the end of Lap 2, it was Doyle who had fought to the front, with Sayfutdinov joining him and Kurtz had gone from 1st to last.
I have now watched that half-a-dozen times - such an amazing race. Sayfutdinov actually shoved Doyle wide on the first bend, but Doyle found speed down the back straight and launched between the Aces riders in to Bend 3. Bewley switched back for the Aces to lead on Lap 1, but then Doyle came inside him B1 L2 and went wide, blocking Kurtz, so the Sayfutdinov could come under off Bend 2, L2. Doyle was then inside Bewley, with Sayfutdinov behind him, but they both had so much speed off the inside of Bend 4 to take the lead. Sayfutdinov's tight line on B4, L3 to hold off any last challenge from Bewley was superb. As the Witches came off Bend 4 L4, Sayfutdinov looked to his right and nodded to Doyle, as Doyle punched the air.
