Comments: Ablitt gated with Garrad alongside. Garrad picked up some grip and clips Ablitt’s back wheel. Garrad over the high side, he’s up and walking back to the pits but excluded.
Re-Run: Stopped again with Ablitt down at the first bend, all 3 back.
Re-Run x2: Atkins gated but Ablitt got underneath him B2 L1, Atkins back under Ablitt B2 L2 and shut the door on Ablitt’s run around the outside, fairly it has to be said.

Comments: Ablitt gated and gone. Vale took Scott on B2 L1 but almost hit the fence allowing Scott back through.

Line Up: R/R - Marson, King, Clouting, Garrad
Comments: Marson gated and Clouting was all over him for 4 laps but Marson rode a good line. Garrad had engine problems at the start but got his bike going and finished about half a lap behind.

Heat 09 Re-Run: Woolley, Atkins, Marson, Killeen (F/X) 4-2, 24-30, 62.2
Line Up: Marson, Woolley, Atkins, Killeen
Comments: Woolley gated ahead of Atkins and Killeen. Killeen spun and came down on the apex of bends 1 + 2 Lap 1 and Marson laid it down. Killeen up and excluded.
Re-Run: Woolley from the gate. Atkins made a mistake B1 L3 and Marson nipped through but Atkins was back ahead by the end of Lap 3 and finished 2nd comfortably.

Line Up: Ablitt, Vale, Jenkins, Clouting
Comments: Jenkins gated with Ablitt in pursuit, and Vale leading Clouting. Ablitt tried to go under Jenkins entering Lap 3 but took him down. Ablitt excluded.
Re-Run: Vale fell on bend 1 but race had already been stopped with Clouting warned for moving.
Vale running across centre green whilst bike is being wheeled back to the pits, it seemed to fail as he tried to restart it. He’s going on his second bike.
Re-Run x2: Easy for the Chargers. Vale’s second bike making all sorts of noises but he managed to nurse it round for a point.

Comments: Stopped, Marson down first bend. All 4 back.
Re-Run: Chargers gated but Marson under Kinsley B2 L2. Marson chased Killeen for the rest of the race but nearly lost second to Kinsley at the last bend after going too wide.

Comments: Jenkins touches the tapes and is excluded. Jason Garrad takes his place in the re-run.
Re-Run: Great ride by Atkins to go round Ablitt bend 2 and then Morley bend 3 Lap 1.

Comments: Good race between Woolley and Scott when Vale falls B1 L3. Vale was holding 3rd at the time after Killeen seemed to have a problem B1 L2. Race awarded.
